How to Use

• After showering and towelling dry, apply 2 or more pumps into one hand, wet the other and rub together – massage in an upwards motion onto skin.
• Apply to affected areas eg thighs, bottom, abdomen or lower legs to reduce fluid retention.
• Can also be applied to lumpy pre-menstrual breasts and puffy ankles.
• For best results also use a Body Brush regularly and follow an appropriate diet and exercise routine.
